A long-term music maker and the founder of Ghetto Tyylit, Moonlit, put out a new album, in two versions. Inversions, along with its twin edition Inversions (Happy Home mixes), is a mirror house that searches for new form and space for rap music. The roots to underground cassette culture are audible, though the album is nothing of nostalgia. Both versions of the album are released in Spotify and Bandcamp, and on cassette and vinyl, available from Ghetto Tyylit store.
The album features rappers/poets Betonipossu, Flyer, Ameba, Iwere, Square, Dumb, Moonlit and Jonimatti Joutsijärvi. None of the album's vocals are recorded on the album's music – they are sampled from songs by friends, from unreleased rap sessions or from live performances.
